Blueberry-Strawberry-Chia Bowl

Smoothie

2 cups frozen blueberries

1/2 cup fresh strawberries

1 cup almond milk

1 cup oats

Vanilla Chia Pudding

1 Tbs Chia seeds

1/4 cup almond milk

tiny splash of vanilla (this is not one of those more is

better ingredients so just a drop)

1. Mix together Vanilla Chia Pudding ingredients and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight

2. Blend smoothie ingredients together, adding water for desired thickness (I like my smoothie bowls thicker because I will be devouring them with a giant spoon)

3. Pour into a bowl and top with Chia Pudding, granola, and blueberries

4. Proceed to Instagram the hell out of it because you know it’s gorgeous or dig right in!!
