They’re filling, and with a mixture of sweet and salty and “cheesy” flavors, they’re sure to please even the pickiest of eaters. They never have to know just how healthy they are! These tots are simply a combination of sweet potato, Organic Nutritional Yeast, and spices then baked to golden perfection giving you a mixture of crunchy outside and smooth and creamy inside.

Not only did I use sweet potatoes because of the delicious flavor but it’s health benefits are worthy of mentioning; rich with vitamins A, D and B6, extremely high in beta carotene, and containing magnesium, potassium, and iron.
