I quickly fell in love with the detailed pattern and nature colors on my new kimono. All I could think was moss and rust (I weirdly like those two things) when I found this gem at Nordstrom. With winter rolling in, a bitter sweet quick trip to Los Angeles was just what I needed…just a few extra days of that warm sunshine. While I don’t think the locals enjoyed the left over heat wave, I was happy as can be to soak in the rays.
I used to live in California and now visiting each year seems like a treat; especially getting to walk around my grandmothers vivacious garden (where these pictures were taken) that completely surrounds the house. For a day full of leisure and cooking out, this no fuss outfit that’s comfy and fitting for the warm weather was perfection.
This kimono is perfect for days when you want to feel that light breeze coming through.
