DC Harbor in Free People and Urban Outfitters

You know those days when you wake up and you’re like damn… I wish my day was starting at Cochella or Burning Man or something cool enough to wear whatever I feel like and I dare you to judge me? Well yesterday was one of those days. I realize a hat, dress, and heels are no match for crop tops, goggles, or some sort of shiny spikes festival wear but I dress as my mood persists. And my mood wanted to dive fully into Free People and Urban Outfitters.

I love mixing what seems like season specific pieces together in one season. Winter tall, thick boots; simple flowly long sleeve fall/spring dress, and a thick hat built for cooler seasons but can really be broken out at anytime your heart desires. This Free People dress is great because while it is a short dress with long sleeves it’s still thick enough to be worn on cooler days. This was the perfect outfit for the changing of seasons and a great day stroll around the National Harbor.DCFreePeopleUO
