What could be more California recipe than the mixture of avocado, egg, cilantro and tomato in any combination? I mean seriously. Can we talk about this delicious eat completely on their own ingredient list. I could sit and munch on all of these for hours… put them all together. A California dream.
This is definitely a carb loaded (avocados, egg, etc.) meal. Perfect for weekend indulgences or the occasional pre workout bulking if that’s your thing.
::ALL YOU NEED::
Pillsbury thin pizza crust
2 ripe avocados
peppers in adobo sauce
Preheat oven to 350degrees. Rub olive oil over raw pizza dough and bake until golden brown. Mash avocados in a small bowl and spread over cooled pizza crust. Top with cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella and bake 12 minutes. Blend sour scream and adobo peppers to make your spicy sauce. Crack eggs over pizza and place back in the oven with broil on high just until egg whites are cooked. Top with adobo sauce and cilantro and enjoy!
