2 Minute Overnight Oats

There is nothing sweeter than waking up to an already made breakfast. Whether it gives you back those extra 15 minutes of sleep, an extra head start on work, or those sweet extra moments with your morning coffee without any cooking work, a pre-made breakfast is oh so lovely during the week.

I’ve never been someone who liked reheated breakfast sandwiches, the old egg taste and soggy bread was more than enough to push me towards making a breakfast that is actually delicious. And healthy. These oats are great because while they are “pre-made” they’re not even ready until the morning so they’re technically freshly made!

I made two different recipes in this video. All start with oats, cinnamon, agave and chia seed pudding then I added:

  1. blueberries, coconut flakes, and coconut milk and
  2. apples, almond butter and almond milk

Out with the soggy breakfast sandwiches and in with 2 Minute Overnight Oats! What’s your favorite overnight recipe?

::ALL YOU NEED::

CHIA SEED PUDDING

3 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup coconut milk

OATS

1 cup oats

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp agave

1/2 cup chia seed pudding

1/2 cup fresh fruit

1 tbsp coconut flakes

1 cup coconut milk

Combine chia seeds and milk and set aside for an hour until the chia seeds are clear and jelly like. In a jar layer oats, cinnamon, agave, chia seed pudding, fresh fruit then extra toppings. Pour in coconut milk and let the milk settle in for up to 10 minutes. Cap off the jar, give it a good shake to mix all the ingredients, and place in the fridge overnight. In the morning shake the jar again and enjoy your super easy overnight oats!
